8. INDEMNIFICATION.

Browser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless www.My4Albany.com, Providers and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of the use of www.My4Albany.com or violation of this Agreement
 
9. MISCELLANEOUS.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Section headings herein have no independent meaning but are used for convenience only.
