Watch Family Feud and Trivial Pursuit weeknights between 7 and 8 for your chance to win!
Contest Rules and Regulations:
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Participants will be instructed to watch WNYA from 7pm to 8pm Monday
through Friday. A special announcement will appear during the
specified time period featuring a phone number to call. Contestants
will then be instructed to call in for a chance to win a prize.
Releases:
The winner, by acceptance of a prize agrees to hold WNYA-TV, Venture
Technologies Group, LLC., free from any and all liability for claims,
actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection
with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to,
preparing for or participating in any prize-related activity.
Furthermore, by accepting the prize, the prize winner awards WNYA-TV
the right, without further compensation, to publicize their name,
photograph or likeness, voice and details of winning and have accepted
and agreed to be bound to these rules.
Prize Value: The estimated value of the various prizes range from $50.00 to $1000.00 each.
Eligibility:
All participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of WNYA-TV,
Venture Technologies Group, LLC., WRGB, WCWN, WTEN, WXXA, WNYT, WYPX,
their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, and their
immediate families are not eligible to participate. WNYA-TV reserves
the right to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with the contest
rules. For prizes of $50 value, there is a limit of one winner per
household for 90 days. For prizes above $50 value, there is a limit of
one winner per household for one year.
Liability:
WNYA-TV, Venture Technologies Group, llc. and their agencies are not
responsible for any insurance liability, taxes, claims or damages of
any nature associated with the prizes. WNYA-TV, Venture Technologies
Group, llc.. are not responsible for problems associated with phone
lines or Internet connections for this contest that are beyond the
control of WNYA-TV. This includes, but is not limited to a busy signal
on the phone or internet line, operator interference, technical or
atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of a phone or
internet connection. WNYA-TV, Venture Technologies Group, llc.. are not
responsible for cancellations, postponements or delays. For prizes
which require pickup, if the winner fails to pick up his or her prize
by 30 days following notification of its availability, that winners
prize will be forfeited and no alternative winner will be picked.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
All decisions are made by the management of WNYA-TV, and are final.
